Randy Werhane
Randy Werhane is the owner and president of Arbor Property Management, Inc., a full-service, commercial real estate management firm. After graduating in engineering from Purdue in 1965 and the University of Missouri with a masters in 1967, he spent four years designing fighter aircraft for McDonnell-Douglas in St. Louis. After leaving to work for the Michelson Organization in St. Louis in 1970 and Edward Rose & Sons in Michigan in 1977, he moved to Austin, TX in 1980 to work for the Jagger Company. In 1992, he had the opportunity to purchase a small start-up apartment management company, Arbor Properties. Over the past 32 years, Randy has been able to expand Arbor into a company that can successfully manage all levels of apartments. His background in engineering has helped resolve many physical problems that would normally have required hiring an outside contractor at a considerably higher cost to an owner. He wrote a computerized property management system in 1977 which was used in the management of portfolios containing 5,000 and 12,000 units. He is a Realtor, carries the IREM designation, and has a contractors’ air-conditioning license under which all Arbor maintenance employees repair heating and Freon air-conditioning systems at the properties.

Doug Werhane
Vice President
Doug Werhane has been with Arbor Property Management, Inc. since January 1997. He graduated from Texas State University in the fall of 1996 with a degree in political science. Throughout his college years, he became active in local politics, eventually running two local campaigns. Doug became the youngest elected official in Hays County and even founded a youth political action committee. Having worked for his father in the property management field throughout his youth, he decided to forgo politics and join the family business after graduation. Doug is involved in new business generation, property supervision, property rehab, and due diligence inspections. He is a licensed Realtor and has handled the brokerage services on several properties. Doug has become essential in the facilitation of property upgrades, strategy, and implementation.

Michael graduated with an Associate degree in Business in 1999 from Austin Community College. Shortly after graduation, he started his career in Property Management where he has now spent more than 20+ years perfecting his career. Over the course of his career has Michael obtained multiple certifications in the industry which includes his NALP, CAM, and CAPS certifications through the National Apartment Association as well as his TCS certification through NCHM. In 2010 Michael was hired by Arbor as a Property Supervisor. Over the past 10 years, Michael has overseen more than 20 properties for Arbor and has hired, trained, and supervised more than 50+ employees. Presently, Michael oversees our San Antonio portfolio.

Digital Marketing Manager
Andriana Soto has been with Arbor Property Management, Inc. since 2019 as the company’s Digital Marketing Manager. She joined our team with an extensive 32+years of experience. Her career began in insurance where she worked for 11 years and then worked 16 years in Healthcare Sales and Marketing. Andriana served as the secretary for the Broward Chapter-Florida Association Director of Nursing Administration for over 3 years. Throughout her career she held many leadership roles, managing several large teams in a corporate setting. As marketing evolved over the years, Andriana’s passion turned to Digital Marketing. She has now been working in the digital marketing industry for over 4 years. She is well versed in Website Creation and Development, Project Management, Social Media Management, Brand Marketing, WordPress, SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other platforms. Andriana oversees the digital marketing management of the entire Arbors Properties portfolio.
